ANTONITO — The Antonito High School Class of 2017 will host a ceremony at 6:30 p.m. Friday, July 21, for a dedication to their coach/teacher/friend Gerald “Tommy” Archuleta, 32, who died in a traffic crash April 10, 2017. The public is welcome.
Archuleta was a popular, successful coach when he died and the graduating seniors were the only student athletes to have him all four years of their careers.
He was honored at his funeral and will be remembered by a dedication at the school.
