MONTE VISTA— Valley Publishing has named the 2017 Holiday Coloring Contest winners. Six-year-old Andrew Harmon from Antonito and 10-year-old Lovina Miller of Antonito were chosen as winners in their respective age categories. Both children will receive gift certificates.
