Conejos DSS open for business with restrictions

CONEJOS —The Conejos County Department of Social Services (CCDSS) will continue to operate under normal business hours but will have the following limitations in place:

Masks must be worn by all visitors and clients.

Only one client will be allowed per office.

We will be allowing one client in our lobby area to respect social distancing. For everyone’s safety please find adequate child care or if you are unable to, then please contact our front desk receptionist so that a phone or virtual meeting can be scheduled.

Visitors will be pre-screened for COVID-19 symptoms and temperatures will be checked prior to being seen.

Visitors with high temperatures or who display symptoms of COVID-19 will be given an alternative way to speak with their worker. (email, phone or virtual)

Lobby will remain open for document drop off.

We are encouraging that all applications, recertifications and changes for public assistance and child care should be reported via PEAK. https://coloradopeak.secure.force.com/

All cases of child/adult neglect should be called in to the Child Abuse hotline ( 1-844-CO-4-KIDS)
You can email questions to your worker directly.
