Costilla County sheriff still seeking Martinez

Martinez is wanted on an active warrant for criminal attempt at first degree murder, assault in the second degree, reckless endangerment, violation of bail bond conditions, possession of a weapon by a previous offender and domestic violence.

These charges stem from a shooting that occurred October 21st at approximately 3:50 p.m. in Jaroso.
