SAN LUIS —Former Costilla County Detention Deputy Joseph Claude Harpe, 80, Costilla County, has been arrested on three jail-related charges.
After a lengthy investigation, an arrest warrant was granted for Joseph Harpe for two counts of introduction of contraband and a charge of first degree official misconduct harassment.
He was taken into custody without incident and there is no perceived danger to the public at this time.
