SAN LUIS — The Costilla County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating Jack David Johnson, 37.

Johnson is 5’03, weighs 165 lbs, has black hair and brown eyes.

He is wanted on an active warrant out of our agency for assault in the second degree, felony menacing and reckless endangerment with a $20,000 bond.

Johnson is also wanted on a parole violation out of the Colorado Department of Corrections with a no bond hold.
