Antonito town workers and local contractors have been working almost around the clock to get the mansion and grounds ready for the annual Labor Day celebration Saturday, Sept. 1. Activities at the 1913 mansion will begin at 7 a.m. with a free pancake breakfast served by the Knights of Columbus , then musical entertainment, craft and food vendors will take over, culminating with a street dance to Indian Nickel. The parade is at 10 a.m. on Main Street, however.
