Martinez charged with burglaries across county

MANASSA — Joshua Martinez, 25, of Manassa was arrested Friday, Nov. 17, on a burglary arrest warrant(s) and is currently being held at the Conejos County Sheriff’s Office.

Martinez is charged with burglary 2-of dwelling, a class 3 felony and theft-$300-$750, a class 2 misdemeanor stemming from a burglary incident that occurred around Thursday, June 15, in the area of the 21000 block of County Road 28, Sanford.

He is also charged with a another burglary of a dwelling, a class 3 felony and theft-$2,000-$5,000, a class 6 felony from an incident that occurred around the area of the 9000 block of County Road 17, Antonito, on Tuesday, July 18.

In addition, he is charged with a third burglary 2-of dwelling, a class 3 felony, theft-$2,000-$5,000, a class 6 felony, criminal mischief-$750-$1,000, a class 1 misdemeanor), stemming from an incident that occurred on Thursday, Nov. 9 around the area of the 10000 block of County Road 13 Antonito, .

Martinez’s bond is currently set at $130,000 for all three pending cases.
