This past Saturday more than 100 San Luis Valley landowners attended the fifth annual Congreso de Acequias in San Luis to exchange Knowledge and expertise about how to share and manage water resources in the surrounding area. The Congreso is hosted by the Sangre de Cristo Acequia Association and Colorado Open Lands.
