ANTONITO — A public meeting to discuss the plans for the Antonito Trail system is planned from 5-7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9, at the Antonito Town Hall.
Funding has been acquired through Great Outdoors Colorado and the Sangre De Cristo National Heritage Area to start this project and begin building some of the trails proposed.
The public is invited to participate in this meeting to discuss the planning of where these trails should go, what kind of paths we want to put in and how having trails to recreate on will improve the overall health of our community.
